Mission Statement

The CWSA is committed to its mission which is to provide its customers with the highest quality water supply, sewerage and solid waste management services in an efficient and affordable manner.

Vision (2007-2012) 

• To maintain its financial viability.
   

• To extend quality water supply services to the entire population of the country while improving and extending its sewerage service to the urban population and the tourism industry.
   

• To maintain and improve its existing solid waste management services, while achieving financial viability of this section.
   

• To adopt policy and procedures to promote total integration of all sections of the organization, alignment of individual and organizational goals and a general feeling by all staff that CWSA is a great place to work.
