CWSA developments.
The CWSA provides annual educational awards for the children of its employees. The awards are given to students who have successfully completed their Common Entrance exam and also are registered in a recognized Secondary School.
There were ten applicants for the Education Grant, with the top four performers being awarded scholarships, and the remaining six entrants, being awarded bursaries. The four lucky scholarship holders for the 2010-2011 period are Mikhailla Matthias, daughter of Mrs. Gaylene Matthias - Internal Auditor, Hasheem Daniel, son of Mrs, Pamela Daniel - Personnel Officer, Juwanie Neverson, daughter of Recoldo Neverson - and Sidei Clouden, daughter of Judy Charles - Administrative Officer.
The students who were awarded bursaries of $500 each were Jonard Forde, son of Jose Forde, Helie Phillips, son of Noel Phillips, Sabrina Patterson, daughter of Selwyn Patterson, Bambino Lewis, daughter of Claudius Lewis, Angelica Williams, daughter of Vivian Trudge and Adoni Ryan, son of Joan Ryan.
