This is being achieved through:
Applying for a Service Connection Following the technical appraisal once the connection is deemed to be technically feasible, there will be a cost of connection determination and the customer will be advised of the cost. After payment is made the CWSA guarantees a connection within two weeks and this depends on accessibility of the premises and the distance from existing main lines. Applications are available at our main office or can be downloaded and printed from the Forms and Reports page.
