The Central Water and Sewerage Authority's general office is open from 8:00 am to 4:00pm. Cash office opens from 8:00am to 3:15pm, Monday to Friday. For your convenience, the cash office remains open during the lunch hour. Field crews including Meter Readers do not conform to these regular hours.

The emergency number remains in operation up until 8:00pm during the week. Weekend service is available between 8:00am and 4:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Remember, when you leave a message on the answering machine, someone will follow up.

Our regular field operations extend during the week to 8:00pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays up to 4:00pm.

Landfills:

Diamond - 7:00am - 5:30pm
Belle Isle - 7:00am - 2:00pm
Bequia - 7:00am - 6:00pm
Canouan - 7:30am - 4:30pm
Union Island - 6:00am - 6:00pm
